In 2011, LOPhils was established with a view to becoming a tech-centric professional service provider for international clients. As specialised industries experienced steady growth, LOPhils seized the opportunity of tapping into that market by being a pioneer in providing professional services using cloud computing technology, leading the firm to gain a strong foothold in its chosen niche market.

Team Gel Activities

LOPhils nurtures a vibrant team culture that promotes collaboration, competence, and accountability.

We believe in building a dynamic team by fostering camaraderie and teamwork. This is achieved through fun recreational team-building activities like Laser Tag, Breakout Rooms, board games, or just dining out after hours. We also enjoy annual trips outside the country. To-date, we’ve visited Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Japan.

Outreach Programs

At the heart of our business is the desire to uplift the lives of those in the fringes of society. In pursuance thereof, we have partnered with NGOs Kaisang Buhay Foundation, Gawad Kalinga, and Gentle Hands.

In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the onslaught of multiple typhoons that ravaged the country, we did not conduct an on-site outreach program, in compliance with quarantine protocols and for health and safety reasons. Instead, we chose to extend financial assistance to the Kaya Natin Movement, a partner-NGO of the Office of the Vice President.
